Equity: The JCAP Hard Money Program requires 65% loan-to-value on 1 or more properties. We will allow less equity on an exception basis. Generally, you can get a 1st or 2nd trust deed with JCAP Private Lending if your total loan-to-value on 1 or multiple properties is under 65%.
Earnings: Can you afford the payment? The JCAP Private Lending Team wants you to be successful. Therefore, your ability to make the required payment is very important. However, in the case of a short-term bridge loan, your payments may be able to be built into to loan if needed.
Exit: JCAP Private Lending is a short-term bridge loan lender. We can usually get you the real estate loan that you need, but you need to have a strategy to pay us off. Usually we are paid off from the sale of the property or through a traditional bank loan.
